About

Melanie Minteer

For nearly 30 years, Melanie Minteer has worked at the intersection of behavioral health, workplace performance, and organizational support. Her experience spans private practice, employee assistance programs (EAP), crisis response, long-term care, and organizational consulting, providing a unique perspective on how the human side of the workplace influences leadership, safety, productivity, and organizational outcomes. Combining her behavioral health expertise with graduate training in Human Resource Development, Melanie partners with organizations to strengthen leaders, reduce organizational risk, and foster healthier, more resilient workplaces through practical, evidence-informed strategies.

Outside of her professional work, Melanie serves as a Foundation Board Member and volunteer with the Norton Children’s Hospital and has supported the organization through volunteer service since 2016. She enjoys spending time with family, giving back to her community, and spoiling her rescued dogs.
